SUMMARY
V65 turns the Carpooling to Hell Procedural Shoehorn into the flagship attraction of the Public Accountability Arcade. This is a complete playable release, not a teaser: a full desktop browser campaign, a separately tuned mobile Quick Extraction game, five stage themes, a multi-phase generic bureaucratic deadlock boss, local achievements and records, synthesized audio, gamepad/touch/keyboard input, accessibility settings, shareable results, and a 99.5 Jetta finale.

The Public Accountability Arcade now contains 23 scored games.

The game uses generic carnival figures, document symbols, clocks, and a fictional bureaucratic jackass costume. It is editorial satire, not a diagnosis, official finding, reenactment, or depiction of a specific person. The child-time meter is symbolic. Source records and correction processes remain separate from the game.

CLOUDFLARE LIMITATION
The deployment ZIP contains the canonical route, alias, redirect entries, metadata, and setup documentation. A ZIP cannot create DNS records or bind a Cloudflare Pages custom domain. Complete the one-time dashboard step described in PROCEDURAL_SHOEHORN_CUSTOM_DOMAIN_SETUP.txt to activate procedural-shoehorn.jtforme.com.
